Refund & Cancellation Policy

We are committed to a transparent, user-friendly experience. Please review this policy before making a subscription or in-app purchase.

1. Free-Trial Period

  • New users may receive a free trial.
  • You will not be charged until the trial ends.
  • To avoid charges, cancel through the App Store, Google Play or your Web Dashboard before the trial expires.

2. Subscription Plans

  • Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or annually, according to the plan chosen).
  • The payment method on file is billed at each renewal unless you cancel in advance.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel anytime via:

  1. App Store / Google Play (mobile purchases)
  2. Account Settings on the BeSpoke website or app

After cancellation:

  • Premium access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • We do not issue pro-rated or partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

4. Refunds

a. Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be approved if:

  1. You were charged after cancelling before renewal.
  2. A verified technical failure prevented access to paid features.
  3. An accidental duplicate charge (e.g., double billing) occurred.

b. Ineligible Refunds

We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Dissatisfaction with AI styling results.
  • Forgetting to cancel before renewal.
  • Minimal or no use after payment.
  • Personal preference or expectation mismatch.

c. Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Funds are normally credited to the original payment method within the same 5–7-day window, subject to your bank or card issuer.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email legal@bespokeaistylist.com with:

  • Subject: Refund Request
  • Your registered email address
  • Detailed reason for refund
  • Supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots, payment proof)

We aim to resolve requests within 7 working days of receipt.

6. App Store / Google Play Purchases

If you subscribed through Apple or Google, all refunds must be requested via their respective support channels in accordance with their policies. BeSpoke cannot process refunds initiated on those platforms.

7. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may escalate the issue to our Grievance Officer under applicable law. Contact details are provided in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy as needed. Any revisions will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
