We aim to provide a transparent and user-friendly experience. Please review this policy carefully before making any subscription or in-app purchases through BeSpoke AI Stylist.
1. Free Trial Period
We may offer a free trial for new users.
You will not be charged until the trial period ends.
To avoid charges, cancel before the trial ends via the platform (App Store / Google Play / Web Dashboard).
2. Subscription Plans
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected.
Payment is processed automatically on a recurring basis unless cancelled prior to renewal.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through:
The App Store / Google Play (for mobile users)
Your account settings on our website or app
Upon cancellation:
You will retain access to premium features until the end of your billing cycle.
No partial refunds are offered for mid-cycle cancellations.
4. Refund Policy
a. Eligible Refunds
Refunds are only granted under the following conditions:
You were charged after canceling before renewal
Technical failure prevented access to paid features, verified by support
Accidental duplicate charges (e.g., double billing)
b. Ineligible Refunds
We do not provide refunds for:
Style dissatisfaction
Failure to cancel before renewal
Minimal or no use of the app after payment
Personal preference or expectations mismatch
5. How to Request a Refund
Please email legal@bespokeaistylist.com with:
Subject: Refund Request
Your registered email address
Reason for refund
Supporting evidence (screenshots, payment proof, etc.)
We aim to resolve all requests within 7 working days.
6. App Store or Google Play Purchases
If you subscribed via App Store or Google Play:
All refunds must be requested through Apple or Google as per their refund policies.
We do not control refunds on those platforms.

8. Changes to This Policy
